The Connection Lab

The Connection Lab is designed to help you understand the connected bond between partners that enables the expressive nature of West Coast Swing!
 
Through a focused study of essential patterns, we’ll dive into the nuances of lead and follow technique and refine the footwork that serves as your foundation. Discover how a deeper understanding of connection provides the freedom to be versatile, expressive, and truly present in every moment!
 
The first session is Monday, March 9 from 7:00-9:00PM. The cost is $25. Each session we will review the last 4 or 5 weeks of essential patterns taught.  We will further breakdown the patterns to help you understand the specific lead and follow techniques that make the patterns work, meanwhile giving you time to practice continued movement!
 
Class will be limited to 6 Leaders and 6 Followers.
